Selecting Your Rentals
Please plan your floor plan before you start selecting your rentals The items you may need to rent include:

● Coffee Mugs
REMINDER: The Cookery’s Full Ground rental includes pint glasses and cocktail glassware for up to 200 guests. The Cookery’s Single Room rental includes pint glasses and cocktail glassware for up to 100 guests.
We highly encourage you to select these items from American Party Rentals. If you prefer to rent linens and tableware from another trusted rental company, just let us know!
If your guest count exceeds our provided inventory, then you can rent the additional, matching chairs through APR. If you are planning on having dancing during your event, you will also be required to rent a dance floor. Our friends at APR have dance floors that fit beautifully in our space and will quote you the best fit for your guest count.
To create a rental order wishlist, click HERE to access their website and click “Browse Our Catalog”. Select the category you wish to view followed by the appropriate subcategory. For linens, you may use the guide below to ensure you’re selecting the correct sizes for your tables. Don’t forget to add your wine glasses and any additional bar glassware that you may need for your event.
REMINDER: The Cookery’s Full Ground inventory includes (200) folding ranch oak chairs with a black padded seat, (25) 8ft rectangular tables, (3) 6ft rectangular tables, (1) 60” round, (1) 48” round, (1) 36” round, (4) 24” cocktail tables *(linen required), (5) square cocktail tables & (5) circle cocktail tables *(linen NOT required).
The Cookery’s Single Room inventory includes (100) folding ranch oak chairs with a black padded seat, (12) 8ft rectangular tables, (1) 6ft rectangular tables, (4) 24” cocktail tables *(linen required), (5) square cocktail tables *(linen NOT required).

8ft rectangular table: 90” x 156”
6ft rectangular table: 90” x 132”
60” round table: 120” or 132”
48” round table: 108”

24” cocktail tables: 120” uncuffed or 132” cuffed/puddled
APR will follow up with you after receiving your wishlist to confirm your booked event at The Cookery and to update your quote to a reservation. Please do not pay American Party Rentals directly. Your rental payment will go through The Cookery and will be reflected in your final payment due one week before your event.
Note: Rentals for items such as chafing dishes and serving utensils will be handled and listed by your caterer in your catering estimate.
Is China out of the budget? You are more than welcome to provide disposables for the event. Whether you are providing them, or they are being provided by your caterer, we are happy to have trashcans strategically set throughout our space for these disposables.
Below is a breakdown of the A/V for each room of The Cookery.
Front Room: We have a wireless microphone and 15’ diagonal HD projector screen available for your use. For events with up to 75 people there are in-house speakers with AUX cord for background/cocktail hour music only. Note: These speakers are meant for presentations, not for loud tunes or dancing.
Courtyard: Two speakers are mounted in the courtyard that are part of the Front Room sound system. Note: These do not connect to the Ballroom Sonos.
Ballroom: Sono Speakers are hidden in the four corners of the room and are great for dinner background music. You will simply need to download the Sonos App (on your phone or tablet) and be on The Cookery’s wifi in order to access our Sonos System.
Garden: There are no outlets or any provided sound system. We recommend speaking with your DJ, or band, on providing a small set-up for this space, if desired. The nearest outlet is just inside the dressing suite (simply run a cord under the garage door) to play music outdoors. Note: you may need an extension cord!
We highly recommend Custom Light and Sound for additional A/V needs you may require for your event. Whether that be a projector, a podium, or additional microphones & speakers. If they do not have an item that you are looking for, feel free to contact your event lead via your HoneyBook Project portal so they can assist you further.

When considering outdoor dining and tenting options, please remember:
American Party Rentals does request at least a 14 day notice of tent rental. If your tent request is within 14 days from your Event Date, American Party Rentals can check availability. American Party Rentals will coordinate the installation and removal of your tent directly with The Cookery team.
A forecast of bad weather does not have to leave your guests in the elements! American Party Rentals has a 9’x30’ Toptec Marquee tent that provides a covered path for your guests as they pass from the Front Room to the Ballroom. Due to limited space, no furniture can be placed under the Toptec Marquee tent. Sidewalls are also available!
