We are located at 1101 West Chapel Hill Street, Durham, NC 27701.
(The Cookery is located in the old Durham Food Co-op building).
Our office is above Absolute Automotive at 1105 West Chapel Hill Street. Entrance is at the left front door. If the door is locked, please ring the doorbell.

Tours and Orientations
If you are interested in touring The Cookery, please fill out a Membership Application on the Getting Started page and we will contact you about setting up a tour. Serious inquiries only, please.
When you arrive for a tour or orientation, please go to 1105 West Chapel Hill Street (our office is located above Absolute Automotive, which is the building to the right of The Cookery). Please feel free to come on in, or if the door is locked, ring the doorbell at the door.

Scheduled Meetings
If you have a scheduled meeting at our office, please go to 1105 West Chapel Hill Street (our office is located above Absolute Automotive, which is the building to the right of The Cookery). Please ring the doorbell at the door on the left and wait for our staff to come let you in.

About the Owners
The Cookery was launched in 2011 by Nick Hawthorne-Johnson, co-founder of Bull City Restoration and his wife Rochelle Johnson, owner of Row Design Studios.
Nick is a Durham native with a life-long love of food and local business. His favorite food is apples with peanut butter.
Rochelle is an artist turned entrepreneur, and is currently crafting brand images nationwide. Her favorite food is chocolate. And artichokes. And sirloin steak.
