A Little Love Before the Ceremony
This March bride gathered with her favorite group of women for sparkling wine and beauty prep in our dressing suite before her beautiful ceremony in the ballroom. With 4 hours of access to the dressing suite before the start of the wedding, these ladies had plenty of time for pampering and sharing love for each other. The dressing suite is outfitted with plush couches and full length mirrors to comfortably fit the entire bridal party.
We are always in favor of a first look. Our grounds have many adorable spots for this intimate wedding tradition. This couple decided to share this moment in our Front Room and take additional couples photos in our entry way. The wrought iron work, large windows, and brick details are the ideal backdrop to see their forever love for the first time on this special day.
Devotion Between the Arches
This ceremony in the ballroom was a lovely declaration of this loving couples devotion to one another. The big windows poured in evening light and the dimmable lights throughout the ballroom gave the couple and their guests a perfectly picturesque glow. Their arch draped in linen and blushing blooms with the row of lit lanterns down the aisle were the romantic touches that pulled the entire event together.
A Warm Reception
Following the ceremony, the wedding enjoyed cocktail hour in the Front Room for craft cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres. The ballroom transformed into a blushingly romantic reception outfitted with dinner, drinks, and dancing. The towering centerpieces and simply stunning little details made it the perfect space for the newlyweds to celebrate their union.
Let It Snow
NC weather has a way of being completely unpredictable. These lovebirds were quite surprised to have snowfall the night of their wedding. Guests were treated to magical winter weather with a side of fries as a late night treat. Our courtyard gates opened up perfectly to accommodate this local Durham favorite and this couple snapped some adorable snowy pics to end the night.
