The Cookery Culinary Workshops feature skilled cooking instructors leading classes at The Cookery kitchen facility. Classes vary in focus, cooking style, and curriculum, all of which are determined by the instructor. These workshops are a chance for people who are usually diners in a food service setting to step behind the scenes into a real commercial kitchen and learn the tricks of the trade from talented industry professionals. The Workshops will be small intimate hand-on classes that are designed to let you take what you learn home and put it to work in your own kitchen.
Registering and attending our workshops couldn't be easier - just find the classes you would like to attend, register and pay through our online scheduling system, and bring your printed ticket when you attend the class.
All reservations are first come, first served, so we encourage you to book your classes asap!
